InTech Solutions, Inc. is a small, fast-growing I.T. firm in Greensburg, PA that is in need of an IT Service Coordinator who can help us attain maximum utilization of our internal and field technical resources through triage, communication with clients, establishing expectations, daily dispatch and follow up of service requests.

You will be the single point of contact to InTech's Clients for all types of service requests, coordinate service delivered from the Support Team, ensure maximum utilization, schedule resources, and communicate with clients to keep them informed of incident progress, as well as notifying them of any impending changes or outages. This is a key position that we will only fill with a super-charged person.

We are NOT looking for someone who is unmotivated, needs to be told what to do, can't connect the dots, and is not interested in learning new ways to do things.

Please ONLY Apply If You Meet The Following Criteria:

  • You must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong computing skills; open and eager to learn new software.
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities or project simultaneously.
  • Excellent listening and verbal/written communications skills.
  • You must be   and detail oriented. We don't do 'sloppy IT.' You also need to know how to find answers and when to escalate.
  • Good problem-solving ability and ability to meet reasonable deadlines.
  • Willingness to develop professionally. As well as the ability to work with little supervision and communicate actively with our team.
