InTech Solutions, Inc. is a small, fast-growing I.T. firm in Greensburg, PA that is seeking the right fit candidate to join us as our IT Account Manager.

The IT Account Manager works alongside the vCIO to assess needs, quote, procure, and invoice existing clients for hardware and software, as well as assists with quoting prospects on equipment, solutions, and services. They assist with the creation of quotes, proposals and reports to assure clients and prospects get the right information to make the right decision for their IT infrastructure. Desire to understand client needs and business processes is a must.

This position is vital in helping to maintain existing accounts, developing new opportunities in existing accounts, developing new accounts, following up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow up on inquiries, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company's database.

  • You must have at least 1 year of customer service experience (and LIKE serving others)
  • Strong computing skills; open and eager to learn new technologies (you need to have an understanding of what you are recommending if you don't want to learn about it, this job will be soul-sucking for you)
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously (requests continuously come in from clients)
  • Desire to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Excellent listening and verbal/written communications skills enjoy meeting with clients face to face as well as comfortable with phone consultation/selling
  • You must be problem-solving oriented, resourceful and detail oriented; know how to find answers and when to escalate
  • Willingness to develop personally and professionally: You want to grow into an Awesome Leader
